We are Mike and Lynn - the creative team behind Pedal Pops, a beloved Northwest Arkansas business known for handcrafted frozen fruit pops, ice cream pops, and trademarked Boozy Pops. Since late summer of 2011, Mike has been the driving force leading Pedal Pops, crafting all-natural treats that bring a fresh, healthy twist to desserts in the region.
In the summer 2022, we launched Pedal Park, a lively community pub in Farmington that celebrates local food trucks cuisines, artisan pops, Arkansas craft beverages, and family-friendly events.
Together, we are fueling a vibrant, flavorful community experience — where creativity, quality, and heart come together in every bite and sip. Please come visit and join us to gather, grow, create community and commerce through food, friends and festivities!
